What's our approach to building trust?
At the intersection of effective leadership, trust, teamwork, and humor, organizations do their best work. I can't wait to see what your best looks like. But it requires lots of psychological safety, a form of social trust. Let's get there together!
What's included with the workshop?
- All inclusive of travel, expenses, workbooks, and course materials, no additional fees for anything
- We will fully customize the workshop to your audience, organization, industry, and location
- We are happy to co-brand the slides and printed materials for consistency in your leadership development programs as needed
- A welcome invitation email will be customized and provided so you can invite your teams
- A before/after survey is conducted so you can review tangible results from our work. This is returned to you in a report format that contains strategic recommendations based on the survey findings and facilitator's observations
- 2-6 hour session included (3-hour AM events are preferred but it is flexibile to meet your exact specfications)
- Up to 36 participants included ($250 per additional participant)
- You just need to provide the site address and a working space for the event. Chairs and open format (large semi-circle) are preferred. Tables options. Screen for workshop slides would be helpful.
